2. Technical principle:
According to the HJ637-2018 national standard, magnetic stirring extraction is used to extract oil substances from water using extraction solvents. Then, a separation membrane is used instead of anhydrous sodium sulfate to isolate impurities and moisture, separating the solution of oil and extraction solvent, and determining the total oil content of the extract. At the same time, the extract can be adsorbed with magnesium silicate, and after removing polar substances such as animal and vegetable oils, petroleum can be determined. The total extract and petroleum content were calculated based on the absorbance A2930, A2960, and A3030 at spectral bands with wave numbers of 2930 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH2 group), 2960 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH3 group), and 3030 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in aromatic ring), respectively. The content of animal and vegetable oils is calculated based on the difference between the total extract and petroleum content.
3. Application scope of the instrument
This instrument is mainly used for measuring oil content in surface water, groundwater, and industrial wastewater.
4. Working structure principle
The OIL 6000B fully automatic infrared spectrophotometer consists of fully automatic operating software, infrared spectroscopy system, and magnetic stirring extraction system. It uses an extraction solvent (CCl4) in a certain extraction ratio to extract oil from water using three-dimensional magnetic side stirring technology. The extraction solution is then filtered through a special filtration device to remove water and impurities before being introduced into a colorimetric dish. The infrared spectroscopy system then analyzes the oil content in the extraction solution. If a special magnesium silicate filtration device is installed, the content of petroleum, animal and vegetable oils can also be measured. Finally, discharge and clean the pipeline. This process is automated through intelligent software, eliminating the need for operators to come into contact with carbon tetrachloride, including automatic sampling, extraction, water and impurity removal, measurement, cleaning, drainage, and data storage.

The sample extraction process is fully automated, with automatic identification of sample position, extraction, water and oil removal, measurement, drainage, and pipeline cleaning, effectively avoiding cross contamination. The three modules of adding tetrachloroethylene, extracting water samples and reagents, discharging waste liquids, and collecting extraction liquids are independent of each other. Each module requires an independent set of two-dimensional robotic arms. During operation, the three sets of robotic arms can operate independently or simultaneously, achieving simultaneous operation of multiple samples to improve work efficiency.
2. Excellent extraction efficiency: Each sample has a high extraction time from injection to printing analysis results; The measurement of blank and sample can be completed together, reducing the workload of operators. The extraction rate and time are optional.
3. Accurate detection of aromatic hydrocarbons: Both benzene and toluene can be effectively detected, with a detection error of less than 3% for different ratios of standard samples.

Material quality: Imported oil-water separation membrane replaces the function of anhydrous sodium sulfate, effectively removing water and impurities; The entire extraction system uses acid resistant, corrosion-resistant, and non oleophilic polytetrafluoroethylene materials, and operates an effective cleaning process to reduce cross contamination of high and low concentration water samples; Introduce imported solenoid valves and precision injection pumps to ensure the durability of the instrument and prevent malfunctions from occurring.
6. True three wavenumber: The infrared three wavenumber spectrum is clear and accurately calibrated, and can clearly display the absorption spectrum and absorbance generated by the three wavenumbers.
7. The operating software adopts Windows system control, communication USB 3.0 technology, and industrial serial port technology, with intelligent automation functions for processing information, storing, printing, and saving as PDF, Word, and Excel documents.
8.
